All papers used for FizzyDesign prints are FSC certified, 100% recycled and uncoated. I package my prints only ever using 100% compostable cellophane.

Please note that, as my prints are produced on 100% recycled paper, each sheet has its own unique character. You may notice on paler prints, tiny dark flecks throughout the paper, which naturally vary from print to print as a result of the recycling process. This is an element of the paper that I particularly love, and an important part of my work, a little nod to sustainability and the high-quality recycled paper I choose to print on.
As the paper is uncoated, prints with areas of high ink coverage may also have occasional minute white flecks within the ink. These are a natural characteristic of the uncoated finish and are not considered a defect, but rather part of the tactile, organic quality of the print.

Your print will arrive, packaged in compostable cellophane with a sturdy mount board backing for protection during transit.
I always send my prints flat rather than rolled, helping to prevent creasing or permanent curling. This ensures your print arrives in the best possible condition and is ready to frame!

As a small business, i'm committed to keeping the environmental impact as low as possible. I print orders in small quantities to avoid unnecessary waste, and by limiting returns it helps me to reduce additional packaging, transport and materials.
For this reason, I kindly ask customers to make sure they’re happy with their choice before ordering. If your print arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of arrival and I’ll be happy to help.
